Auction will end on Wednesday June 1st. Pick up is Friday June 2nd from 11 until 2 & Sat. the 3rd from 10 until 3. We will have a preview on Saturday May 28th from 10 until 2. You must email psweat@caringtransitions.net to request the address to attend the preview. Our previews are not like an onsite estate sale. We lot the items, take the pictures then pack the lots away safely. We do not have everything out for a browsing display on preview day. You will need to let us know which lots you wish to view and we will have those lots unpacked and ready for your viewing. |

YORKTOWN ONLINE AUCTION The house we had staged in Yorktown has sold and the online auction for the sale of the contents of the home is live now. The sale will feature a preview on May 28 from 10 until 2. To attend the preview please email psweat@caringtransitions.net to request the address. The sale will end on Wednesday June 1st and pick up will be on Saturday June 3rd. There will be limited pick up times available on Friday June 2nd from eleven until 2. The house is located in the Rainbrook Villas neighborhood. There is limited parking availability in the neighborhood. We request all winners to immediately contact us after the sale to let us know what time they intend to pick up their winnings. We will try to avoid assigning pick up times. For those that do not know, Rainbrook Villas is located within a mile of Grafton Shopping Center. Many of you may also recall a grand sale we hosted in Ford's Colony around Christmas of 2014. The homeowner there had put many items aside while deciding if they would fit into their new life. They have now decided to let many of those items go. Those items are also being featured in this sale. They can be identified by their Lot #'s which all begin with the letters DU. Many wonderful lots in this sale and many grand deals soon to be made.
