I want to thank everyone for coming to our sale this weekend the on Oxenham Dr.. I hope you enjoyed yourselves. We have 2 very nice sales scheduled for the 27th & 28th in New Port Richey. These are both very clean and non-smoking residences. I will be posting the info Monday and Tuesday nights. Second Sale WHERE: 4218 Revere Circle New Port Richey WHEN: Friday & Saturday May 27th & 28th 8 AM to 2 PM ITEMS: Very nice dining room table with 6 chairs 2 with arms, a corner curio, coffee table 2 end tables and a couch table with glass tops and metal stands, a almost brand new lift chair, 2 bedroom sets, one with a poster bed, 2 nite tables, dresser with mirror, and an Armour, the other has 2 night tables, dresser with mirror, and an Armour, A vintage dresser and mirror, a small round dinette table with 2 roll around chairs, very nice entertainment center, a desk, lamps, several small chests with drawers, lots of linens, some very nice clothes suede pant suit, leather skirts, leather coat and leather jacket, a large walk in closet chucked full of very nice clothes, The lady really liked Elvis and has some very nice mementos, lots of kitchen items, a set of very nice china, pots and pans, toaster oven, stainless steel set, some 40's, 50's, and 60's items, a tea set from Japan, several nice knick knacks, New Home sewing machine, There is some very nice costume jewelry for this sale but because of the size of the place I'm going to have it at the other sale, Please take it in consideration that this is a very small place and not a lot of people are going to be allowed in at one time. Some hand tools, a Black & Decker grinder, a 3/8 drive older metal body drill, a scooter (needs battery), a chest of drawers, small white cabinet, frig with ice maker, Christmas, Easter and Halloween decorations, a very full garage, so much stuff. DIRECTIONS: Rowan to Trouble Creek turn EAST onto Trouble Creek, go to Old Millpond Rd and take the RIGHT (SOUTH) on Old Millpond Rd, take a RIGHT onto Balharbour Dr, then take the first RIGHT onto Revera 4218 in on the RIGHT, Please park so that you aren't blocking driveways. Please park so the emergency vehicles are able to pass through without a problem. We also don't want to make the neighbors upset so they make trouble for the sales.
