Front Living Room is a combination of the house furniture and the living room furniture from the guest house.  There is a nice sectional sofa, a floral sofa with matching armchair, several entryway / sofa tables, several end tables, two oversized matching floral armchairs, floor lamps, (4) carved wood kitchen / dining room chairs (no table) Lots of artwork and more!

Kitchen is packed with small appliances, pyrex, corningware, flatware, misc. kitchen utensils, mixing bowls, lots of serving platters and more!

Dining Room has a nice table with 6 chairs.  It also expands with two table leaves.  There is also a matching china cabinet and buffet table/cart.  There is a Noritake China set for 14, lots of cut glass and crystal serving pieces, glasses, tea cups, teapots, over a dozen Lenox Holiday Plates, boxed flatware set, more artwork and more!

Office has a nice wood desk with a return, three matching bookcases with glass fronts, matching file cabinets, misc. end tables, a nice leather chair with ottoman, oak upright bookcase, oak wall curio cabinet, lots of misc. office items, two electric typewriters, LOTS of books including many vintage car collector books as the owner was an avid vintage car and MG owner and has lots of memorabilia pertaining to these.  Here are also record albums, misc. cd’s and dvd’s.  More artwork!

Guest Bedroom has several bookcases, a cute electric heater, lots and lots of linens, doilies, embroidered and crotchet items as well as several large lace tablecloths, decorative pillows and more!

Master Bedroom has a full headboard and rails with matching upright dresser, long dresser with mirrors, two nightstands and other misc. end tables.  There are also nice men’s clothes size Large.  All were drycleaned and I just removed the dryclean bags, women’s clothes are size small along with shoes, handbags, military hats, jackets, military dress items.  There are also 20+ dolls, artwork and more!

Outside Workroom is separate from the house and items much be purchased separately out there.  It is packed with vintage car memorabilia, tools, cabinets, holiday items, a military parachute, wooden crates, work benches, yard décor, misc. plant pots and so so much more!

Special note, the house is on a hill and since the driveway is very narrow and there is no turnaround, there is no parking up at the house.  This is for loading of furniture only,  There is a bit of a walk up the driveway to the house.
