This is a one day only sale., from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.on July 9.   Everything is priced to sell, and volume discounts can apply.  After 12 noon, everything under $50 is 50% off and anything over $50 is 30% off.

This estate of a recently deceased elderly gentleman includes everything in the house.   Also, pieces of the house, such as interior doors, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and more as the house will be torn down. The  elderly gentleman had downsized and filled the garage with items.  It is packed full of treasures. The location of the house will be revealed on July 8.
