*THURSDAY MORNING ONLY Numbers will be given between 7am and 8am at 228 4th Avenue South, Jacksonville Beach, Florida. After 8:15 am you may sign up at the house. The first customers to enter the home will be called from the Numbers. Once the numbers are done customers can line up to come inside.
*Cash, checks with proper ID, debit & credit cards accepted. *LOCAL SALES TAXES will be collected for any purchases made unless you are a dealer and have a copy of your 2016 sales tax exemption certificate. *Please make sure you have packing materials there are many fragile items in this sale and you will be responsible for wrapping your items even for holding. We have young men that work for tips that will attempt to give assistance on heavy items. In some cases you will need extra muscle or we can suggest a reasonable mover. We are not responsible for items damaged during the moving process. PLEASE NOTE: -No public restrooms will be available |
