FAQs for this sale (we have had many calls and emails): Early Bird / Number System: We expect a large turnout for this sale, therefore someone from our staff will be there by 7am or earlier on Saturday to give out #s. If you arrive before he does, please figure out who is first, second, ect and then we will give out corresponding numbers when we arrive. ONE NUMBER per person, must be present to get a number (we DO NOT honor lists of mystery folks that are not there when we get there). Please stay in your cars and be quiet since this is most folks day off and they want quiet. Once you get a number, feel free to go get breakfast ect - we will line up around 7:45 for a nice orderly entrance at 8. We will let in as many folks as we determine safe for a quality shopping experience ,then from then on, its one in - one out. Once everyone is in you will not need a number for entrance to the sale. SHOPPING RULES: We will hand out large index cards to everyone in line so you can make "HOLD PILE ID CARDS". Since there are 4 floors with tons of items you will want to make piles - anyone going thru someone else pile will be asked to leave the sale. If you put an item(s) in your hold pile you are buying it, not sitting in a corner using your phone to comp out items for 3 hours. Many small items are in cases and our staff will be happy to show you anything of interest - if you want it, we will be hold it at checkout for you. If you reach into the cases without asking, you will be asked to leave the sale. We spent many weeks staging this sale and will have many staff on hand to help with a smooth sale but please do your best to behave as if it is your parents estate you are buying from. We are very nice folks but each week we seem to have 1 or 2 bad apples we need to toss out to be fair to the honest, smiling customers. We have 2 credit card terminals so will open 2 lines if necessary to speed things up for those waiting to get in but please be patient. Our estate sales are fun, drama free zones - lets keep it that way please! Unlike most estate sale companies - We always have staff on-site to help you with any large or heavy purchases.
