The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. Prices are firm Wednesday. 25% discount on Thursday from 9am and 50% from 1pm An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item! Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items. All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. |

| Our client grew up abroad and is a world traveller, so there are interesting treasures to be found! There are a few pieces of great furniture, but primarily, this is a house full of small items including LOTS of kitchen items, Nippon china (some very unusual pieces), sewing and craft items and lots of books. As always, we do pre-sell furniture so if there are pieces you would like to purchase, please contact us at 352-205-6632 to arrange and appointment. Due to the large quantity of small items we handle, we are unable to provide pricing and small items are not sold prior to the sale.
