*****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *******10% BUYERS PREMIUM ON THIS SALE. Doors will open both days at 10:00 a.m. for preview. |

I have have numerous request as to what is selling each day. DAY 1 we will be selling the storage buildings (SOME WITH CONTENTS), contents of the outer buildings and barns, any equipment, the box trucks, and related items. Some misc. antiques and collectables could also be sold day one. DAY 2 we will be selling Everything else, furniture from mobile home, smalls antiques and collectables. All items available sale day takes precedent over any and all advertised items. As theft does occasionally occur and family occasionally removes items, however we try to discourage both from happening. Storage shed movers and personal property movers will be on-site as well as concessions. Please plan on bringing what you need to load the items you buy or pick up the items you buy. More information will be coming. OVER 40 STORAGE BUILDINGS WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF, some will be sold with contents as treasure hunters dream. Jones Wrecker Service will be ON-SITE with equipment you may have move your storage building or buildings for you. Rates will be 85.00 within 10 miles and 3.00 per mile beyond that. They are willing to negotiate a lower rate for multiple storage unit purchases. Big Papa will also be on-site with concessions. |
