PLEASE follow signage for parking to the designated areas!! The DRIVEWAY will be for loading/unloading ONLY!! Public parking will be located in the pasture across(west) of the home and addition parking in the south pasture. There WILL BE parking attendants directing of cars. Please follow instructions/directions or you will be asked to leave! Thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters.

We met our next client though an awesome connection of ours and just fell in love with them! After living on this magnificent 13 acre estate property for almost 20 years our next client is downsizing from their nearly 3300 sq ft home to something a bit more manageable for their next step in life. This 30 year old farm truck with cool rusty patina would be great for a HOBBIEST or someone who has mechanical abilities for maintenance and upkeep. These great old trucks are getting HARDER AND HARDER TO FIND! It has newer tires and new battery. Please, PLAN TO GET a UHAUL trailer or hire whatever you may need to get the vehicle home.. the plates have been removed and it has not been inspected since 2008. IT RUNS AND DRIVES BUT has SAT FOR AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME. This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY. I have described it as it has been described to me. It has a clean & clear title. CASH ONLY and must be paid in full BEFORE THE TRUCK LEAVES the DRIVEWAY!
