Doors close at 3. **SALES STAFF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING LARGE ITEMS BUT WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND A REASONABLE MOVING COMPANY TO ASSIST YOU. We do not furnish packing supplies. (Bring them with you) WE OFFER LOADING ASSISTANCE ON SATURDAY ONLY. TIPS ARE WELCOMED... You can RESERVE ITEMS with a DEPOSIT. Call us and tell us the picture number, THEN we tell you the condition of ITEM (S) and PRICE. This will hold the item till 10am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE or the following morning by 10am, OTHERWISE YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that things happen, but a courtesy call wIll keep you from losing deposit. The 3% service charge does not go toward balance or refund on reserve items. It is time to downsize. This home was a Interior decorators home from back in the day. There are tons of great decorative pieces and some of them are now back in style. As you walk through the home you will finds great collectibles from glassware to figurines, and so much more. There is a great Iron Kitchen table, Columns, urns, sofa's, wonderful iron bed, dresser that totally is in the now. It is all priced to move an I know you will find things that you need. Oh, there is a washer and dryer, bar, .....kitchen items as well. Remember, we do not offer packing materials...be sure to bring them with you. Along with muscle if your happen to see a large item that you want. Our staff is not allowed to assist due to insurance purposes.
