This is a great old 1950s house on Brightwaters Blvd in Snell Isle. There is a huge book collection, originally belonging to Eugene C. Patterson. Eugene C. Patterson, a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper editor from the Deep South who distinguished himself during the civil rights movement as one of the most forceful white journalists writing about the costs of racial bigotry and violence. There are many First Editions and some signed First editions. If you are book collector or like to read, this is the sale for you!
