NOTICE-TERMS OF SALE
1. Use of this bid card means that the bidder has read and understands the terms of this auction and agrees to be bound thereby. 2. Auction bidders must register for the auction. Auctioneer of auction firm reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone not registered. 3. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders the decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. 4. The auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer/auction firm has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer or seller. Auction/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from auction. 5. All auction items are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Neither statements made by the auctioneer. auction firm employees, or the seller, nor statements in a bill of sale, receipt or elsewhere shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind with respect to size, origin, age or condition of the auction items. 6. Time for inspection of items being sold is provided prior to auction. Bidders are cautioned not to bid on or purchase items they have not inspected to their satisfaction. When the item is sold it becomes the complete responsibilty of the buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 7. Payment is due in full the day of auction. Nothing is to be removed from auction premises without payment and proof of receipt. 8. The auction firm and/or seller is not responsible for personal injury or damage to property. Registered bidders are responsible for themselves as well as their employees, associates and/or family members. 9. In certain situations where items purchased have not been paid for or left on auction premises without making specific arrangements with the auction firm the items may be resold at the financial risk of the original successful bidder.
