This will be a sale you don't want to miss!  We will be open Thursday & Friday from 10am to 4pm and from 9am to 2pm on Saturday.  This sale will include the 7,000+ SF home and 3 car garage.  We may not be able to answer all of your questions prior to the sale.  There will be an officer on-site to assist with parking, etc.  It is a little bit of a walk to the home from the road, so be prepared.  We will allow those with proper HC signs to park a little closer to the home and we will allow people to pull in to load larger items.  There will be a sign-up sheet posted by 5pm the day before the sale.  We don't give out numbers, so make sure to sign the sheet.  Please check back as we get closer to the sale for any updates or changes.
