  We have a nice Estate Sale in Dallas (Preston Ridge) with every room full of interesting items.  We will limit the number of guests in the house and provide sequential numbers for those waiting.

  Entry / Living Room We have a dozen collectable Music Boxes from Franklin Mint.  There are other small collectables including fountain pens and a Waterman Ball Point Pen in the tabletop glass shelf.  There are also lots of Sterling Silver Rings.  Some have Semi-Precious Stones.  We have a nice variety of Perfume from Paris (most are in Unopened Boxes).  There is a great Chocolate Brown Round Rug with Orange and Yellow Sunbursts.  We have lots of lovely Throw Pillows, along with an unusual Modern Expandable Coffee Table.  We have Baskets of Jewelry; Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces, Pins, Finding and Misc. Accessories.  We have a Vintage Crushed Velveteen Striped Couch (in great condition).  We have some modern Framed Art, a Nice Modern Red Fabric Chair, and a Great Executive Wood Desk with Drawers on one side and a Tower Computer Compartment on the other.  We have an interesting Practice Target in a great Frame.  There is a Pair of Stacking Round Ottomans, a large Asian Ceramic Planter, and a nice Storage Unit with Two Doors.  This unit is full of Collectables and interesting items.  We also have a nice Vintage Blade / Striped Chair with Wood Accents.  We have Cow Baskets and Purses and nice Floral Arrangements.

  Dining Room has a nice Dining Table with two Leaves and Pads, and there are four matching chairs (sold separately).  We also have four nice straight back Red Naugahyde Chairs and a small Wood Stool or Plant Stand.  We have Flower Arrangements and a few Plants along with lots of interesting Dishes and Collectables.  We also have some nice Lamps with Shades (BNI) and two Taxidermy Chickens – one has shades of Gray and the other is Black waiting for a great home.  We have a Fish Plate, Modern Serving Tray, Napkins, and Tablecloths, Runners and Placemats.  There is a full set of Flat Wear that is Silver Plate and looks great.

  Family Room has some interesting items including two matching vintage Rocking Chairs in a soft golden color and two Wood with Beige velveteen Fabric Ottomans.  We have a Small Dark Table with a Drawer.  We have Lamps, Two Matching Paintings, and lots of Small Runners and Rugs.  We have a Large Palm Tree (about Ten Feet Tall) in a nice Planter.  We have a Dark Wood Rocking Chair with Matching Ottoman with a Pale Yellow velveteen Fabric.  For Cow Theme collectors we have shelves and shelves of Cows (many Kinds, Shapes and Sizes) so come early for the best selection.  We also have a large Gray “L” Shaped Recliner Sofa in Naugahyde.  There is a nice Coffee Table with a Drawer that opens from either end along with a large (heavy) Buffett / Storage Unit / Flat Screen TV Stand.  We have a Signed Art Flamenco Mobile – in Copper from Hutchkiss Mobile.  There is a Large Framed Print of Roses and a Smaller Entry / Sofa Table with Two Drawers and shelves.  We also have an Executive Office Chair, Lamps with Shades (BNI), nice Baskets, Décor, Candle Sticks, Picture Frames, and other Wall Art.

  Front Bedroom has some smaller dressers, a large storage unit and a tall slim book shelf.  We have lots of bedding for Twin, Full, Queen and King.  We have a nice Wool Area Rig in shades of Blue.  We have office chairs, sewing boxes, Blankets, Curtains & Rods, and Shower Curtains and Hooks.  There are Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Wash Cloths.  We have a Laundry Storage and Clothes Hanger Rack in Great Condition.  Come early for the best selection.

  Master Bedroom is full of Men’s (2TXL) and Ladies (S, M, & L) Clothing, Shoes, Purses.  We have T-Shirts, Shorts, Pants, and Workout Items, After Five Dresses, Formals, and lots more.  We have Office Chairs, a Salon Chair, a Mid-Century Modern Night Stand, Floral Arrangements, and lots of knick-knacks.  There is a very nice 2-Piece White Desk with Book Shelf, a Double Door Shelf / Storage Unit.  We have A Metal Stand (easel) for displaying Art. We have a Painting of a Lady, lots of interesting Small Collectables, a vintage Wedding Dress, a Large Men’s Snow Suit, Vintage Furs, and a Bench.  We have an Awesome Entry Table with Four Drawers with Pedestal Legs – in great Condition and a wonderful find this table would make a Great Game table.  We have a nice Storage unit with Drawers, an Open Bottom, and a Shelf on the top.  We have Suit Cases and matching rocking foot Ottomans / Seats.  There are two Area Rugs – one is Wool and the other is a cotton modern purple and beige - both in great condition.  We also have a Health-o-Meter Scale.

  Patio Room we have a Sleeper Sofa and a Lift Top Coffee Table with Two Matching End Tables (all sold separately).  We have a White Oval Table (with one leaf) and Four Chairs with pads.  We have a great Wool Area Rug in Beige, greens and Wine; and we also have Four Hardwood Chairs.  We have a nice Serving Rolling Cart for outdoors or indoors.  We also have a Storage unit with open Shelves.  We have Cute and Lovable Stuffed animals that will make you smileJ.  We have Small, Medium, and Large Beany Babies.  We also have some Children’s Toys, Plants and Planters and smaller Tables and books.  We have a Rustic Iron and Wood Hanging Lamp with six Lights with Two Matching Sconces each with two lights.

  Kitchen and Eating Area we have lots of kitchen small appliances: Toastmaster Bagel Slicer, a FoodSaver - Sealer, EuroSealer, Sunbeam Toaster Oven.  We have a West Bend Power Peeler, Moulinex Open Master (can opener), Rival Crock Pot, Bunn Coffee Pot with two Glass Pots, a Toastmaster Waffle Iron, a Slap Chop, Whipped Cream Maker by Diversi, Avant Bottle Warmer, Express Hot Dog Warmer, Presto Salad Shooter, Potato Perfect, Cuisinart four Slice Toaster / Bagel / English Muffin, and a Cotton Candy Machine.  There are dishes, Glasses, Plated Dish Sets, a Flatware Set, Cookie Jars and Shelves of Cows in all shapes and sizes.  We have a great Black and White Marble top table with Four Chairs.  The dishes are “Happy” and “Fun” along with Polka Dot Glasses.  There is a great Picnic Basket, a lots of dish and hand towels.  We have dish sets, Pyrex, some pot and pans, along with Kitchen Utensils.  We have a great Popcorn Popper with Ceramic Bowel.  We have an assortment of Travel Cups, Funny7 Coffee Cups and Roasting Pans.  Make sure to come early for the best selection.

  Office / Electronics is full of VHS Tapes, CD’s s few DVD’s (mostly new).  We have a few Desk Lamps (BNI), Office Chairs and Secretarial Chairs.  There is a DVD Player and Computer Screen, Office Folders, Paper, File Folders, and Envelopes.  We have a TV / Electronics Swivel Stand, a Small Desk with Single Drawer, a Smaller Square Table and some Stare Trek Collectables.  We have Hula Dash Girls and a small Book Case.  We have an abundance of Games including Card shufflers, decks of cards, and more.  We have Panasonic Speakers, Sony Electronics, a Bose Speaker, Radios, a vintage Walkman, and a Nintendo Game Stand.

  Utility / Laundry Room has some nice Plastic ware, a nice Baker’s Rack, Insulated Lunch Totes and more.  We have a very nice wood stool, Bucket and Mop, and two stacks of wire racks (shelves). We have Baking pans, dish drain, Electric Iron, Ironing Boards (Small, Medium, & Large).  We have a Unicorn Print, A Hoover Encore Supreme Vac with bags and Attachments.  We also have a Rowenta Commercial Clothing Steamer.

  Bathroom we have some hair dryers, soaps and even tooth paste.  We have cow theme accessories for baths.  We have a Foot Massager, a Neck Massager, and a Two-Piece Bright Yellow Rain Gear (with Hood).

  Double Garage we have Garden Tools, a broom, rack, shovels and more.  A large Pool Accessory Storage Chest with Pool items and Life Vests.  We have assorted Tins (small to large) and two Green Oval Heavy Plastic Outdoor Tables.  We have a Ceiling Fan, Plant Holders, and a Five-Drawer Light-weight Chest.  Two Green Plastic Chairs and a Set of Four Green Plastic Chairs.  We have a GE Fridge/Freezer (works great).  We have a Ceiling Light, a Cooler that plugs into your car Hot/Cold.  Lots of different sized totes/storage containers.  There is a four drawer storage Chest, Large Grill with Side Burner and Propane Tank.  We also have a Weber Grill with Book, Grilling Tools, and Awesome Palmetto Rectangle Patio Table and Six Padded Chairs – two are Swivel Rockers.  We have a pair of Lounge Chairs and another large Single Lounge Chair (all have pads).  We have a 20’ Werner Extension Ladder.  We have Fans, Cleaning Products and Lawn and Garden items.  We have Shelving, a Large Folding Table, another Wood Counter Top (no Legs) Saw Horses and Bulbs.  We have Goggles, Fishing Rods, and lots of different size coolers (small to large).  We have pool Equipment, Yard Art and more.  There is a Small Wood Folding Step Ladder, a Patio Table Umbrella, Baby Car Seats, and Car Speakers.  We have Solar Lights Letters and Roces Spirit & Soul of Skating In-line-Skates.  We have a nice Brookstone Hammock in Excellent Condition.  We have Luggage / Box Caddies, and Fishing Poles for Children.  There are some hand tools and Misc. Hardware.  Enjoy!
