This untouched family estate contains glorious pieces from a discerning collector.  Some examples:

Multiple Meissen porcelain figure sets, German and continental porcelain, Sevres urns, pair Dresden 19th century urns, Chinese green and white jade, antique ivory, Chinese celadon, blanc de chine and Cloisonne.  Fine glass by Baccarat, quite a bit of Steuben, Lalique, Dansk, Orefors, Tiffany and other. More:  Sterling silver and ornate silver plate, Dresden porcelain candelabra, assorted paperweights, Tiffany compote, Josh Simpson vase, Mozart bronze after Louis Barrias.

Many types of art including American abstracts, F. Leger lithograph, Doug Hyde stone sculpture, John Kuhn glass cube sculpture, Joan Miro signed 1963 lithograph.  Featuring Asian art -- Japanese panel mahogany stands, Chinese plaques, Japanese four panel screen watercolors on silk, Thai, Tibetan and Korean art.  Thangkas, Hiroshige prints, Chinese watercolors, Persian paintings.

Fine furniture: William & Mary walnut stool w/ stretcher base, George III drop leaf dining table and console by Kittinger, George III leather inlay mahogany desk by Kittinger, Louis XVI fruitwood and caned upholstered dining chairs, 19th C Louis XVI parcel gilt mirror.

Modern furniture: Textured Karl Springer console, chrome and glass mirrors, Artemide lamps , Glass and chrome modern etageres, mid-century bureau.

One of the highlights of this sale is a collection of historical authenticated documents by various  judicial and political people of importance: John Marshall, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Roger Taney, William Howard Taft; includes first day cover signed by multiple supreme court justices.  There are also many fine books, first editions, leather bound volume sets all of historic interest.

Among the household are fine clothing, china, and the usual! Tools, too!
