*****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *******A sign in sheet will be posted All items available the day of sale will take precedent over any and all items advertised in this listing. |

UPDATE......UPDATE........As of 5:30 p.m. 11/08/2016 I am removing all pictures that were currently listed for this sale. At 6:00 p.m. All new pictures will be added with what was left from the first 2 days and all the new items that will become available for Thursday and Friday. Also the contents of one of the outdoor sheds will be unpacked. 2 attics fulll will be unpacked, if you came Monday and Tuesday you only saw about a third of what will be available on the last 2 days. There will be only ONE SIGN IN SHEET FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, it will be posted at midnight Wednesday so you may sign in as early Thursday morning as you wish. Hope to see everyone there, TREASURES, TREASURES, TREASURES. Mid Century Modern Furniture, you name it it is in this house.
