The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. Prices are firm Tuesday. 25% discount on Wednesday from 9am and 50% from 1pm An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item! Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items. All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. |

This is a crazy sale that you definitely don't want to miss! Our client was a professional clown and there are lots of clown themed items as well as a TON of party supply and craft items! As well as the contents of the home, the car and golf cart are also for sale. This house was FULL and a lot of organization needed to be done before we were able to get photos. Initial photos are posted, but these will be updated daily from now until sale day on Tuesday, so check back often!!! As always, we do pre-sell furniture, so if you see an item you are interested in purchasing, please contact us at 352-205-6632. We handle an extreme number of small items, and unfortunately are not able to provide pricing on small items prior to the sale.
