Numbers will be handed out at 7:30 AM on Thurs. DO NOT PULL INTO THE DRIVEWAY BEFORE 7:30 a.m. If you are walking in, numbers will be handed out at the of the bottom of the driveway at 7:30 a.m. The gate will not be opened until 7:45 a.m. on all 3 days of the sale.

You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times.

All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. Bring cash as we will not be able to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions.

Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy.

We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases.

We will have a limited number of parking spots at the top of the hill. We wil also have a parking attendant & security on site. There is also street parking below.
