PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLETELY No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes. Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items. We appreciate inquiries regarding item specifics but please note that we DO NOT provide prices prior to the sale. SIGN UP: We use an online sign up instead of a sign up sheet at the door. Please sign up on our website at AnchorEstateSales.com/signup on Wednesday 10/5 @ 9am if you'd like to be one of the first customers through the door. If you plan on coming by later in the morning then there's no need to sign up. For couples signing up Friday morning, please sign up separately. If you're using a computer, the "Sign Up" link is in the upper right hand corner of our website at AnchorEstateSales.com. For mobile devices, please navigate through the menu tab on our website. Parking is a little tricky around downtown Burlingame. There are 2hr parking spots on Bellevue Ave and surrounding streets. There are a few lots within walking distance that offer longer times. There is also metered parking. Please refer to the link below for more info
