NOTE: Nick and Jan built this beautiful home in 1973. They have lived and raised their family here in the country. Nick owned and operated St. Johns Truck & Trailer Service since 1984, retiring in 2018. Jan was a wonderful homemaker and she and Nick enjoyed the country lifestyle. They traveled extensively in their motorhome. Nick enjoyed working on equipment in his very nice workshop. All tractors & equipment have been well maintained and always kept in the pole barn. Most were purchased new. Make plans now to be just west of Coopersville on Thursday June 27 at noon for the start of this quality auction.
