On-premises sales of household items & online Estate Sales where items are listed for a period of time & buyers pick up during appointment times.  Consignment, Auctions, Clean Outs and Estate Sales.  We are dedicated to making your sale experience as smooth & profitable as possible.  Estate liquidation & cleanout services are available for Horry County & surrounding counties.  We travel & serve areas within a one hour distance from 29582.   We are a nonprofit foundation & provide resources to many charities in Horry County.  Proceeds go to local food banks & homes for those in need.   Our services include a free inital pre-sale walk through, setup, pricing & appraisals, advertising, conducting the sale, removal of unsold items.  Any unsold items are removed by us by request of the owner.   We assist families with moving items from storage units to the main site for selling.  We also house & sell items at our main shop location for our clients.
