Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. is based out of Grenada, Ms. Their primary area of work is the entire state of Mississippi from the Gulf Coast to the Hills of North Mississippi. Other states of licensure include Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas.

Company Organizational Structure and History:

Benny Taylor, President of Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. began his career in 1983 under the name of Taylor Auction Service. In 1984, Benny received his Certified Personal Property Appraiser Accreditation and incorporated this vocation into his present career. In 1991, Taylor Auction Service changed their name to Taylor Auction & Realty and incorporated selling real estate by the auction method along with their personal property business of auctions and appraisals. In 1996, Taylor envisioned the requirement to change the name further to Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc., a Subchapter S Corporation.   In 2007 Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. joined Market Alliance. MarkNet Alliance is a national membership-based network of successful auction firms whom formed an alliance to expand existing businesses practices through technology, networking and educational training.  Due to their forward thinking and passion Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. has grown significantly since the inception of their career and is the industry leader in the State of Mississippi. Staff: Full-time employees consist of 5. Contractual Labor Staff: 15
