Company Organizational Structure and History:
Benny Taylor, President of Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. began his career in 1983 under the name of Taylor Auction Service. In 1984, Benny received his Certified Personal Property Appraiser Accreditation and incorporated this vocation into his present career. In 1991, Taylor Auction Service changed their name to Taylor Auction & Realty and incorporated selling real estate by the auction method along with their personal property business of auctions and appraisals. In 1996, Taylor envisioned the requirement to change the name further to Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc., a Subchapter S Corporation. In 2007 Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. joined Market Alliance. MarkNet Alliance is a national membership-based network of successful auction firms whom formed an alliance to expand existing businesses practices through technology, networking and educational training.
