Husband and wife team, Michelle Passoff and Andre Kupfermunz, bring unique talents to FREE FROM CLUTTER ESTATE SALES. They are one of the most dynamic, personable, and effective companies_import in the Tampa Bay area working for individuals, families and estates to divest of the contents of a home and/or the home itself. 

Michelle is the author of LIGHTEN UP! Free Yourself From Clutter (HarperPerennial) and has long been a consultant and lecturer in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. She also brings her experience as a marketing and media consultant at public relations agencies in New York City to the mix. Andre worked in international trade and finance and is a creative ceramic sculptor and painter.  He is a licensed real estate broker with Prudential and speaks five languages.

First, if the home is cluttered, we whip it into shape.

Next, we organize the home like a pop-up retail store with linen, house wares, boutique, garden, furniture, collectibles, holiday, art, tool, etc., departments.  Each and every item is meticulously priced to enhance ease of shopping and to boost profits. Marketing of sales is extensive including internet, print, street signage and email marketing to dealers and estate sale shoppers. We are especially diligent about marketing specialty items to the right buyers. Every sale is staffed according to the size of the sale. After-market sale of remaining items and clean out is discussed on a sale-by-sale basis. Financial reports and proceeds from each sale are submitted to the client within a week to 10 days. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Importantly, many clients wishing to sell their property prefer the one-stop experience of working with Andre, who is a Prudential real estate agent, to complete their estate sale project.
