To ensure a fair and secure shopping experience, we reserve the right to price-check items at the checkout table. Please note that bags may be checked, and due to recent theft, anyone entering the estate and leaving without making a purchase may be asked to empty pockets, bags, or other carried items.
Security will be present at the entrance. If this policy makes you uncomfortable, we kindly ask that you consider visiting other estate sales this weekend instead.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express accepted with a 3.0% processing fee + 30 cents on each purchase.

Not Priced - Make Offer
Due to the amount of items in every sale we price ONLY the items that require our offer feature and ONLY the other items that make sense to price. All the rest we leave it up to you to make reasonable offers.
An hour prior the morning of the sale we will have a sign up sheet affixed to the front door and will honor the order of the handwritten list of names, however, we are not responsible for monitoring the list. We will call off the names allowing 20-30 people in at a time. As people leave, we will call off more names.

Condition – All prospective bidders should inspect the property they wish to purchase prior to bidding.
