We would like to express our families’ sincere gratitude to Mike and Kim Gunning and Associates, their expert knowledge of Art and Antiques proved to be invaluable in assessing the many generations of what we All think of as treasures. Having these experts evaluate property is like watching 10 years of Antique Road Show.
My special thanks to Lorraine, both knowledgeable and kind, in pointing out that old treasures shared breathe new life and joy for the new lucky owner and comfort for the seller to see old possessions loved and appreciated again.

We were not able to use Gunning Co. (they were booked up until our closing date)
but Mike was kind to meet us at our parents' home and give us advice which we
followed. It is an overwhelming job but made easier with his guidance. We highly
recommend his services to liquidate an estate.....and don't wait to book!

We were nervous because it was our first experience with an estate sale, and we were 1000 miles away the months before and during the event. We shouldn’t have worried at all! You made it so easy and were wonderful to work with. You answered all our questions and dealt with the inventory changes with patience and kindness. You took care of everything from marketing to pricing to organizing drawers of jewelry to moving armoires to managing the removal of a couple appliances to final sweeping up of the empty house. We didn’t have to do anything, and this was so important to us since we were far away. And on top of that, we were right on target with the proceeds from the sale. Again, thank you for all your help and loving care. We are so lucky to have found you. My Aunt Dolores would have loved you. I think if she knew that she could find kind people like you and Mike she would have done it a long time ago.

We all appreciate what your team did for us and were very pleased with how it all turned out.
It certainly eased a large amount of the mental stress of the process involved in the sale of our family home.
