My Estate Sale with John & Carrie was excellent. I turned it all over to them and then got out of their way, They were professional, dedicated, creative and thorough. A joy to work with. I already recommended them to two friends.

Carrie and John are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My mother's house was a cluttered mess when they took over. By the day of the sale, every room held beautifully organized displays. They maximized every opportunity to show the value of her possessions. They are kind, compassionate, honest and incredibly easy to work with. I cannot imagine there is a better estate sale team on the planet! We are so grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

When we first began this journey we were very nervous to put our home and belongings in the hands of virtual strangers. However, working with John and Carrie was an absolute dream! From start to finish, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth, organized, and entirely stress-free.

Not only are they wonderful, genuine people who were a total joy to interact with, but their competence and professionalism allowed us room to grieve and move forward with our lives.

Their hard work paid off in a big way: they managed to sell the vast majority of our items, cleared out everything that didn't sell, and left the home in fantastic condition. If you need a reliable, professional, and thoroughly pleasant estate sale team, look no further than John and Carrie. Highly recommended!

John & Carrie were absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment they came in, they transformed our home into what felt like a beautifully curated antique and collectible shop. Everything was cleaned, organized, thoughtfully displayed, and staged so professionally. They truly have a special talent for making even the most unique or unexpected items appealing and valuable to buyers.

Their eye for presentation, strategic pricing, and the large following they’ve built resulted in an incredibly successful estate sale. I honestly went into the process with very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of proceeds generated.

What impressed me most was the level of care, effort, and professionalism they showed before, during, and after the sale. They went above and beyond to completely empty and clean the home exactly as promised, which was especially important because we were working against a deadline before escrow closed.

The entire experience with John & Carrie was smooth, stress-free, and far easier than I ever imagined it could be. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing an estate sale company. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

John and Carrie are quintessential dynamic duo!!
We were downsizing and hired them to sell our treasures, from the first meeting, we knew it was a great fit! The research and the staging were amazing, so professional as well as artistic! We were thrilled from start to finish!!
Don't hesitate to hire this company, they are amazing as well as wonderful people!!

John and Carrie did a outstanding job with my estate sale on my parents home. They were very caring and supportive during my difficult time with the recent loss of my father and my sister. They were very patient with all my questions and prompt in getting back with me. They went through all of my parents and sisters items, priced and staged them beautifully. This sale was a huge success! Everything sold! They are professional and experienced in what they do. I would strongly recommend them.

We were the referral, as a neighbor and a buyer at this Estate Sale put on John & Carrie. As a neighbor we watched John and Carrie clean up the outside of this house to where it looked it’s best in the 6 years we’ve lived in this neighborhood! We watched them transform the inside of the Cluttered house from a semi hoarder, into a clean and beautifully laid out, well organized home. We spoke with the heir to the property, and she is pleased with how John & Carrie ran the sale and left the property ready for its final deep cleaning and ready to be placed on the market to be sold. We would highly recommend Estate Sales by John and Carrie to trust your home and its possessions for your Estate Sale needs.

Both John and Carrie were so great to work with! They thoroughly sorted, organized and arranged all my items to make the very best impression on buyers. Absolutely kind and caring people, who were careful to set aside items and things like notes that I did want to keep. I am so happy to have met them, and I feel they truly are my friends now. I am so very happy with my estate sale, and I recommend them without hesitation for anybody who is wanting to arrange a sale with them, and for buyers too because they are knowledgeable but totally fair.

John and Carrie are very helpful and caring. They set up the house to look like a boutique for the sale. Our estate sale was very successful because of them.

John and Carrie were a delight to work with. They were helpful in determining what items to leave for the sale and with the results, their guidance was spot on. The staging for the sale was so professional and extremely well done. It looked like a small boutique. My friends who attended, were impressed with how welcoming and friendly they were to everyone. At the conclusion of the sale, the house was left in fantastic condition and they concluded our agreement in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to conduct an estate sale. They are the BEST!!!

Very helpful and efficient at a stressful time. Also, I was impressed by the kindness and honesty of Carrie and John. I would recommend them without exception.

My mother made the decision to move to an assisted living home. Now we had the task of selling her home and most of her belongings. I have done my share of garage sales but a whole house - Help! Thank goodness for John and Carrie.
The value they provided was their communication, kindness and patience as we let go of the things that were part of our lives.

The way they handled the pricing, staging, and the three days we had the sale was very professional and efficient.

The sale was very well attended and generated more funds than any of us expected. But the biggest gift was that John and Carrie took the burden off our hands, and left the house completely cleared out and CLEAN.

If you ever need a professional estate sale, we highly recommend John & Carrie.

My wife and I were downsizing and moving across the country. We wanted to sell lots of our belongings but didn't have the connections or knowledge of how to do it. We sold our house and needed everything gone. John and Carrie handled everything: cleaning and organizing our belongings into attractive groupings, selling our items, and getting rid of everything, leaving our house clean and empty. My wife and I are 100% pleased with how well they sold our items, and how clean they left our house. We highly recommend John and Carrie.

This was our first estate sale, John and Carrie made the experience very easy. They are very friendly, honest and professional. We would definitely use them again. We highly recommend them.
