Services include, but are not limited to: Complimentary initial on-site consultation to evaluate your specific sale needs. Evaluating, researching value, pricing and tagging of merchandise. If an item is out of our area of expertise, we have a network of experts to consult to best determine the real market value of your article(s). Arranging items attractively in the home to provide a positive experience for our customers. Necessary staff to provide a safe, secure environment for the sale. Advertising in print, on-line, by e-mail and regular mail, and professional street signage. Conducting the sale for 2 to 3 days, depending on the amount of items. Our commission is paid from the actual sale of items. There are no up-front costs to you. The fee is based on the amount of merchandise available to sell and the time required to present it in a clean, organized and appealing environment. All Sales Considered!
