Wow, that's all I have to say. After the passing of my father I didn't know what to do first. I have a friend that gave me a card from Desert Estate Liquidators and told me to give them a call, so I did. They came in and handled everything and put all his personal things in a container for me to go through at my convenience. They even found my mother's wedding ring that I thought was lost forever. I hired Desert Estate Liquidator to handle a down sizing for myself and my family. I informed Missy that I would not be around and that she would have to handle everything. She put on a great sale for me and made sure the house was ready for the closing. I am so glad I hired this outfit to do my sale as it really paid off. I was a little scared downsizing from 7,000 sq Ft home to 3,000 but it was very smooth and I just want to thank her so very much.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with Desert Estate Liquidators, LLC and Mellisa (Missy) Taylor. After my parent's passing in 2010, they left my brother and I their long time home in Scottsdale. I live out of state and am the personal assistant (executor) of my parents Will. My brother lived in the property in Scottsdale. After several years, my brother fell behind in bills and was no longer able to maintain this property. I convinced my brother that we had to sell the home and he should relocate in my State. This accomplished, I managed to negotiate the sale of the Scottsdale property while being long distance. I had a closing date in slightly less than one month and was under the gun to clear the contents of 40 years excess accumulation of possessions within the home. I was now faced with the predicted challenge of acquiring my brother's assistance to clear ALL of the cumulative contents that my brother had become emotionally attached. I finally convinced him that a majority of the items should be sold or donated as it would become financially irresponsible to pack and move the 40,000 plus pieces of contents at the property. At this point, I knew the only way to close escrow and remove the contents of the property was with the assistance of a professional, especially since time was of the essence. I went online from out-of-state and found twenty plus estate liquidating companies on the internet for the Phoenix metro area. Of the more than twenty, I sent an email to six of them based upon their websites. One of my criteria for this selection of six was that these companies did NOT own and operate their own Thrift Store that could possibly be a conflict of interest for my Estate Sale. Of the six inquiries, three had responded back to my emails. Of the three responders, only one, Desert Estate Liquidators, called on the phone to address my concerns. Melllisa (Missy), had a 'can-do' attitude which lead to further correspondence. She immediately expressed a real interest in helping and wanted to view the contents ASAP in order to present me with a Proposal. This was accomplished within a few days despite my brother's apparent lack of participation. I received the Proposal and Missy was able to schedule the Estate Sale within my now even shorter time demand! After several bumps and bruises with my brother prior to the sale, the sale occurred as planned and was a great success. After the sale, Missy actually paid the proceeds of the Estate Sale ahead of the agreed upon time frame per our contract! This property closed escrow as planned. My good experience and long distance help from Missy and Desert Estate Liquidators, LLC was invaluable to me.
