Fantastic company! They did the estate sale and cleanout of a deceased relative's 3 story house that was overly-full. They only took one day to set up the items for the estate sale, held the sale and then only took 2 days to do the cleanout (because 2 dumpsters were required). Even with all of that, we got a very nice check back! Chris was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend this company!

Chris and his team helped clean out our family home in *********** ** to get it ready for sale, since our parents don't live there anymore. I am glad we found Best Rate, because the other services we talked to would have all cost us at least a few thousand dollars for the cleanout, since they didn't think there was much to sell. But Chris ran an on-site Estate sale in February, and sold LOTS of the stuff. I used Chris Jordan and his Best Rate Estate Sales and Cleanouts company for a timing-sensitive estate sale in January 2017. It was tentatively planned nearly 2 years in advance and Chris was graciously able to be flexible in twice updating tentative estate sale dates as my situation evolved. Ultimately, Chris was professional in coming well in advance to take photos, then subsequently do staging and pricing. Needed help with an estate sale for a family home. Obviously, a difficult situation to be in. Chris was very positive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made us feel at ease that everything would be handled, and afterwards was incredibly patient while we prepared for the final cleanout. On Saturday, November 19, 2016, I had an Estate Sale at my home run by Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales. Although I was not there during the sale, through the beauty of Face Book, I had reports on the great traffic from the sale in REAL TIME! I was delighted that most of all the material in my home was sold. This was huge to me as I am down sizing and needed to find a new home for most of my "stuff!" Many people from town attended and purchased, and many people from Chris' mailing list attended too. Incredible that in 5 hours my goal of emptying my home and making some money at the same time, was accomplished. WIN-WIN!!! At the end of the sale the staff gathered anything remaining in each room into one corner and swept floors. It made it easy for me to then repack remnants and get them into the garage for a Salvation Army and Habitat Pick Up. Plus, Chris will come prior to my home selling to assist with a final clean up. I could not have done this without Chris and his team. After reading many reviews for lots of Estate Sale companies, I decided to talk to Chris & Sue from Best Rate. They came to my house and walked around looking at everything. It was clear to me that they are very knowledgeable about antiques, artwork, sports memorabilia, collectibles and just about anything else. Chris Jordan and the entire staff from Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales did all the things necessary to make the sale at my house successful and problem-free. From the initial walk-through to the setting up and pricing of items to be sold, they were knowledgeable and skilled. I couldn't believe how efficiently and systematically they worked to display each item at its best.
