I have been doing Estate Sales for the last 8 years. I price according to market value and liquidate everything in household.I been doing shows for the last 30 years along with working auction houses as assistants,Desks, running for 20 years before retiring from auction field. I have been doing Estate Sales for the last 8 years. I price according to market value and liquidate everything in household.I been doing shows for the last 30 years along with working auction houses as assistants,Desks, running for 20 years before retiring from auction field. We supply labor,Advertising cost , staging homes at 30 percent charge. If Police detail Needed the Estate pays for 4 hour minimum.We pay little over 2 weeks after estate is Sold. Most times I run 3 days. You recieve a itemized complete list of all sold items along w/ tax receipt on any less value items not sold [pots,pans,kitchen ware etc.We donate to Catholic Charity in which procedes go to the purchase of food for Plymouth county], Any item of valae not sold would be sold later date in another estate. We take Checks, Cash, Visa, MC, Discover payments. We collect and submit all sale taxes to state.
