"I want to thank you for the way in which the estate sale was handled at my Father's house in Sun Lakes, Arizona. My family lives in Michigan, and we knew we could not be in Arizona to hold a sale. I am glad that I found your services. You were very professional and the sale took place in a well-ordered fashion. The obvious difficulty was the sale of the organ, and you were diligent in getting it sold. Our family would not have been able to do that from out-of-state.
You were always honest an forthcoming each step of the way. I knew I could trust that you would handle everything exactly as you had outlined for me. I appreciate the fact that you returned a clock to the family after finding important engraving on the back. The house was left as we had agreed upon; organized and clean. Several neighbors, who visit estate sales regularly, commented on how well the sale was conducted.

I interviewed two other companies before hiring Lythcoop to conduct my estate sale. The difference in companies was immediately apparent.
A Rep for Lythcoop, came to my home on Sunday in response to my call requesting an interview. She showed an actual interest in the items I intended to sell and was enthusiastic about conducting the sale. She gave me an estimate as to what the sale would bring, which was in-line with a previous estimate I had received. I was given the choice to retake or donate any unsold items, to set a minimum price on any items, and to select the charity to receive donated items at close of sale.
The next day, they took pictures of most of the items to be sold. The pictures were posted on Lythcoops website the following day and, later, were posted on three estate sale websites.
The employees on-site during the three day sale were energetic, enthusiastic, and offered a delivery service for large items.
When the sale was over, they arranged for the charity of my choice to pick-up the unsold items, and met them at my old home so they could accomplish this. Then they completely cleaned my home, leaving it in move-in condition.
A week later, the check was delivered to my new home. The sale had cleared more than $2,000 above the estimate. I was given an accounting, listing each item which sold for $25.00 or more. This is something the other companies I interviewed would not provide. When delivering the check, they also returned two items of original art which did not sell, which they correctly felt I might want to keep. I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Lythcoop and recommend them without hesitation."
