Paxem provides sorting, organizing, researching, pricing, advertising, and the sale of the contents of your home.  We also provide organizing, decluttering, packing, setup, staging, interior design, move management, floor plans, and more for residential and commercial moves.  We are A+ Accredited Senior Move Managers and ASEL (American Society of Estate Liquidators) award winner and accredited organization.

Our Estate Sale Services:

• We provide a complimentary onsite consultation to discuss your goals, the items you would like to sell, and your time-frame.
• Provide advertising and promotion of your sale on the internet as well as in print.
• Sort, display, and price the items for sale.
• Paxem employees will manage and conduct your sale.
• Provide you with receipts, a contract, and documentation.
• Clean out the leftovers from your sale. This could include a dumpster, waste removal, and donation to a local charity.
