They are very professional, yet personal... very determined, yet humorous... very clean and tidy but not afraid of a mess. I almost wish I had more items to sell so I could have another auction. (not sure they'd agree) lol They started out as strangers, and ended up as great friends. Having an auction in my home, selling my personal belongings.. some I've had with me for 40+ years.. was very hard for me... they were very patient.. considerate.. and understanding. They made a very hard day in my life a lot easier. I'll always be thankful to Ryan and his team.

Gayla is amazing! I knew in our first meeting that I made the right decision to hire her. She was so kind and understanding about how difficult this was to go through. Gayla treated my mother's things with such care and respect that it made the whole process less painful. She touched bases with me during the preparation for the sale and was always quick to respond whenever I needed her. Total sales exceeded what was estimated in the contract and was much appreciated. Gayla and her team helped me more than words can say. My parents lived in their home for 45 years. Rarely did they part with anything and never turned down anything given to them. In addition, they also keep items their kids couldn't part with. Their large house was filled to the brim. As we initially went through the house, Gayla even entered the attic space and viewed it as a treasure hunt. I have known Gayla for many years so when my mother needed to downsize due to moving to a senior independent living apartment asking Gayla to manage an estate sale was an easy choice. She and her crew did a great job of setting up all the items large and small in to an organized and professional looking arrangement throughout the house. There were even items out in the yard and a backyard shed she took care of. Her advertising generated a nice level of interest resulting in a constant stream of customers. This was also an emotional time for me and she was quite helpful and understanding, even when I changed my mind on a few things. We also took advantage of the clean out service as well. When one item was accidently removed that shouldn't have been she made sure it was promptly returned. We could not have done all this ourselves. I highly recommend Estate Sales by Gayla!

I called 3 companies that I found online to help me with an estate sale. Gayla returned my call within about 30 min and was warm, friendly and instantly I felt she cared about my situation. I found the pricing to be about the same with all three companies however Estates by Gayla had the sale Fri-Sun where the other 2 were only Fri-Sat. Gayla came out for a consultation and was compassionate, professional and I felt confident she would do a great job. I wanted the sale immediately and she fit me into her schedule. I was extremely pleased with the organization, photos, advertising and results of the sale. Gayla recently helped our family take care of our mom's house after she could no longer live independently. Gayla and her team came in and handled everything from organizing and cleaning before the sale, conducting the sale, and cleaning up the house to get ready for the bank to take over the house.
