This was such a great experience, and more than I ever expected. Terri at Blue Orchid Estates Sales is such a professional, and very focused. She worked steadily to set up the sale, and had the means to advertise to have a very successful sale. She treated everyone with respect and should be contacted if you have a need for downsizing, or just a clean out upon moving. Very satisfied.

My wife and I were offered great job opportunities in Alaska, at this time we had lived in South Florida for more than 15 years. We soon realized the extreme cost of moving our belongings to Alaska. We had decided to just sell everything and move. We had four weeks to accomplish this huge task. After much debate we decided to call Blue Orchid Estate Sales and met with Terri Ferraro. She was professional from the very beginning. Terri showed up on time and with professional help and equipment. It took her staff and herself several days to set up and arrange everything for our estate sale. When they came across something which they were unsure of the value they would take the time to research it. We put our full trust and just about everything we owned, including a car and motor scooter into her hands. On the day of the sale Terri brought in extra staff and even a security person to assist in the sale. After three days of back to back sales we were just about sold out!! I was amazed at the fact that she had everything accounted for. There were a couple of high value items that were not sold. Terri took these items on consignment and sold them. Even though we were well over five thousand miles away Terri made sure that we were aware of the status and when those items were sold, Terri sent us a check and receipt. Her professionalism and honesty is very rare and much appreciated. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.
