Patty did such a good job helping my husband and I to declutter our house and make it
available for sale. She is a wonderful person and went above and beyond for us. All she wanted in return was for us to pay it forward to others. I will never forget all she did for us. We will be friends for life! Thank you Patty!

My wife and I had sign for a reverse mortgage years back. We received a notice from the bank telling us they were going to foreclose on our home we had shared for over 37 years. I 90 years old and my wife Patti 81. We were told the bank was going to lock us out of our home in 10 days with all of our life long belongings inside. Our social worker gave us the name of Patty Cyr, her company Attic And All Estate Liquidators. We called and asked her to come talk to us and see if she could help us. At first, she explained they do not typically host this type of sale with all the problems and condition of the home. Well, she must have had a soft spot for us. Not only did she help us repack from a 3,500 sq ft house down to a 500 sq ft apartment that our social worker had arranged for us. In the 10 days before the bank locked us out, Patty was able to repack us, host an estate sale with hundreds of people purchasing all the items that could not go with us. Somehow, the News heard about what they were doing and ran a story of our situation. Patty and her team ran around the home trying to price, stage and sell everything possible. They were so fast, we were getting exhausted watching them. At the end of the sale, we hired a moving company to move our few belongings into our new home. To our surprise, Patty had gotten into our new apartment and completely set it up our new home, gave us a beautiful new bedroom set, 60" flat screen TV, kitchen table and chairs, A/C units for our windows, dishes that were not too heavy for us to handle, wheel chair for when we went out and a electric scooter for me to get out and meet people in our building. Just when we thought they had pulled off a miracle, Patty and her team from Attic And All Estate Liquidators handed us a check from the proceeds of our estate sale. We later found out, they not only did the entire sale completely free of charge, they had also raised money by having a collection jar at the register. We watched Patty work as quick as she could for 10 straight days, determined to make sure we were ok. We are so very grateful to have her in our life. She continues to stop in and check in on us. She has taken me to the doctors when she can. This Christmas, Patty and her team also made up Christmas bags, not only for us, but for everyone in the building. We now call her our Granddaughter, as we do not have any family in the area. Thank you Patty and your wonderful team for giving us so much hope for our future.
