Maggie and Jim Hobbs founded Hunt Estate Sales in 2012 with a clear mission: to elevate the estate sale experience with a focus on authentic service and innovation. 

Today we operate New England’s only fully integrated online estate sale platform. Optimizing our services and taking them online enables us to present clients’ property to a broader audience, resulting in higher price points and a higher sell-through rate, and eliminate the pain points of traditional estate sales: no property damage, theft or injury.

Who we are:

Maggie graduated from Northeastern University and began her career helping her clients age in place, safely in their homes. 

Jim graduated from Berklee School of Music and is recognized worldwide as a Jazz Saxophonist and composer. For 20 years Jim was the regional manager of a national retail and rental music store, where he specialized in antique and rare pieces.
