When we come into the estate property we begin taking digital photos to identify the contents and conduct research if need.

We begin to “set up” the contents in an appealing presentation creating a clean and well organized fashion so the customers have a pleasant experience bringing you more profit.

Once the sale is over the property is left in sweep clean condition.

We do it all, you won’t need to worry or feel compelled to clean.

You don’t pay any money out of pocket.

We take care of the advertising on 2-3 websites as well as the newspaper.

Your floors are protected with carpet covers.

If there are unsold items we donate to a charity of your choice or ours.

If your property is sold and in escrow we work with your Realtor to stay on schedule.
