The owner and all of his Sales Reps are very Pofishent in the items they're selling. Their very accommodating with there customers and very hands on. If a customers having a problem moving Merchandise they've purchased at these Estate Sales they go out of there way to make shure they can get it to them. There a Friendly group of Friends that work at Denne's and go out of there way in making the customers happy with their new Purchases. Keep up the Great work Gang 👍

We don't live in the area and needed someone who would handle ALL aspects of the sale. Dave Denne and his team did a wonderful job. Dave consulted us on a few key decisions and then he took care of it all, including the sale of a car and all household items. He also coordinated with a cleaning team after the sale. We are super pleased with the great job that he did and would highly recommend hiring Dave if you are planning to have an estate sale in the Hemet area.

Dave handled the estate sale of our parents who both passed away recently. Needless to say, this was an emotional time for us. We interviewed a few estate sale companies and chose Dave based on two recommendations; one from a realtor and one from a local businessman and neighbor. We had to Dave to handle everything because we live out of state. We had made a big mistake in donating many things before we talked to anyone about a sale. Dave agreed to help us out even though it was obvious that he wouldn't make a lot. His pricing was fair to all; to those that purchased items, himself and us. He handled everything professionally, his marketing was awesome, communicated great, but most importantly he was honest with us through the whole process. Excellent experience with Denne's Estate Sales, as opposed to the "*******" Estate sales. Denne's offers reasonable prices with a smile and greeting as opposed to the other that raises their prices to crazy amounts and when they discount them their prices are still higher than yours!, not to mention their take it or leave it attitude! Maybe that's why one does not see them around very much! I won't patronize them if they have a sale, too bad for their client.

I shop estate sales in my area qyite often. There are several estate sale companies who provide this service. Most ALL of them are priced extremely high, considering it is used merchandise, and they are not all the friendliest people either. However, Dennes Estate Sales, who I mostly see in the Seven Hills area of Hemet, are the most organized, the most friendly, their prices are absolutely perfect for every item, AND, I hope they see this, they have the BEST signage of anyone. They have their name and license # onplainwhite signs

Absolutely the best. Very, very organized. Everything is tagged so you don't have to keep asking for a price. The people are very friendly and very helpful with carry-outs. Prices are extremely reasonable. The selection is great...everything from a box of Kleenex to a full bedroom set.
