A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to your purchase total.Sales tax will be collected.State/Government issued Photo ID is required upon registration at all auctions. Any purchases made during the auction must be made by the registered bidderFull payment must be made auction day by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  Payment must be made within 15 minutes after the last lot is sold.All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied.  Buyers should rely solely on their inspection of the merchandise and bid accordingly.  All sales are final.  No returns or refunds.A bid accepted by the auctioneer, once the auctioneer says “sold,” is an irrevocable agreement to buy at the bid price.The auctioneer reserves the right to group or regroup any of the items during the auction.  The auctioneer also reserves the right to choose the increment of the bid.  When the auctioneer says “times the money” it means that the bidder pays the bid amount times the number of items in the lot.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to understand the manner in which items are being sold.All items must be removed no later than 1 hour following the conclusion of the auction.  The winning bidder is responsible for the lot purchased and neither the seller nor auctioneer is responsible for loss, damage, or theft after it is declared sold.  Buyer is responsible for the cost of removing the item.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask any auction personnel.
