Dan Fraise, Corey & Carrie Fraise & Tami Stuekerjuergen run the business with offices in both Fort Madison and New London, Iowa.
We offer auction services throughout Iowa, Illinois & Missouri. We have a large, climate controlled auction facility in New London, Iowa. Internationally known for our auctions of real estate, farm land, business liquidations, antiques & collectibles, we offer state of the art technology and award winning marketing and advertising. We offer simultaneous live and online bidding. Our extensive web marketing features our auctions on hundreds of web sites with hundreds of thousands of hits! We also use more traditional approaches including radio, print, mail and email. We provide maximum exposure for our clients and their property – insuring the best possible price.
We have Commercial & Agricultural Specialists. Dan Fraise, Corey Fraise and Ryan Reed have extensive sales experience with commercial property and land development as well as farming and livestock operations & equipment. They work extensively with Lee Economic Development and other state agencies to assist in finding locations for businesses and industry interested in locating in our area. They also have a large network of farm owners and operators as a resource for those interested in land purchases or sales. We sell land privately as well as at public auction.
