 W. Wachter Auctions & Associates, (a part of Ace Auctioneers & Associates, LLC),is a full service auction company in residential, industrial, and agriculture sales.  We are located in the Winfield, MD, area which is close to Frederick, Mt. Airy, Westminster, and Sykesville. We have weekly and monthly auctions at our Winfield warehouse, as well as providing on-site auctioneering services.  JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT REAL ESTATE AUCTION!!! We are happy to offer you a free consultation.Our goal is to maintain lower consignment commission rates, with low buyers' premium on household goods and antiques. We work with seller and buyer alike to provide the best auction experience possible.  Appraisals are available by appointment.  We take consignments every Tuesday from 10am -1pm, and Wednesday from 10 am to 5pm.  We also offer, the pick up + sale of entire estates! Our public auction handles local estates and consignments every Thursday night at our auction house in Winfield. We feature all categories of items from antiques and furniture to household goods and collectibles to automobiles and tools.  Come check us out--inventory changes every week! Preview starts at noon on the day of the sale.

Terms of Sale: Payment accepted in: Cash, Approved Check, Visa, MC, and Discover. Buyer's Premium is 13%, discounted to 10% for payments made in Cash or Approved Check.
