Being 2000 miles away and left with a complete full house from deceased parents, we searched for someone who did estate sales. Knowing we could not possibly do this ourselves we needed some help. After speaking with Andy&Kathy on ph then when we met them it was an extremely easy stress free worry free transaction. They took care of everything. We cleaned out a lot of junk,as we were sorting through personal items we wanted to keep and discarding stuff they said would not sell chipped dishes, stained linens, dusty silk flower arrangements etc and left the key with them. They came in staged everything, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, threw out what they knew would not sell and set up. They were in constant contact with us along the way every step. They knew what would and would not sell, priced every to sell took care of everything so we did not have to come back for a 5 trip in 9 months. Each night after sale Andy contacted us telling us what sold, what amount of sales were for the day. Everything was removed from house after sale for donation leaving house completely empty for new home buyers. We Truly could not have ever done this without them.
