Yesterday Today and Tomorrow Estate Sales and Liquidation, LLC (AKA YTT Estate Sales) is a licensed, insured and bonded business. The services we provide is pretty much standard to any estate liquidation company, which including the following:
Ø Free consultation – preliminary meeting and walkthrough to see what the best option maybe for the client
Ø Advertising – Put the words out to potential estate sales buyers to make sure there is a large turnout
Ø Pricing – Price the items for sale
Ø Preparation & staging – prepare the estate and stage the items so it’s easier to sale and the best possible outcome. Note: between this step and pricing, it usually takes about 1 or 2 weeks depends on the size of the estate and number of items included in the sale
Ø Estate liquidation – Selling everything that is not marked not for sale. The goal is to selling every item for as much as possible in a very short period of time.
Ø Cleaning up and disposal – Light cleaning up and arrange haul away services and leaving the estate broom-room clean. There may be addition fee incurred for this particular part, which is deducted from the proceeds of the sale.
