Wesley Cain of KDC Properties, Inc. is a 43 year veteran of the auction business, a graduate of Missouri Auction School, Certified Appraisers Guild of America and a member of the Alabama and National Auctioneers Associations. He is 70+ years young and looking forward to at least 30 more years in the business. His Wife, Martha, is the office manager and cashier at all sales. A crew of 7 to 10 work each auction with Wesley to make sure that the customers and clients are happy when they leave. We take consignment pieces and estates for sale on the last Saturday night in each month at our facility in Priceville, Alabama and we love doing "on site" estate auctions. "We sell the earth and everything on it." That is our motto and we mean it. A real estate broker for more than 10 years, Wesley has sold nearly every kind of real and personal property imaginable.
