We provide estate sale services In addition to conducting typical on-site estate sales, we are an off-site estate sale services provider in Aurora, IL.


Why off-site sales?
Perhaps you wait for a sale to be conducted at the home (they can take weeks to set up and schedule).
Perhaps you can't invite the public to your home, such as in a condominium or gated community.
Maybe you would simply prefer not to have hundreds of people come to your home.

Our crew will work with you to pack only what you would like to sell. Your items are available for inspection before sale days, which are typically Saturdays and Sundays.

For on-site sales (where moving the items to a different location is not necessary), we provide the same courteous, friendly service as for off-site sales. At the end of your on-site sale, we can take certain kinds of items on consignment at our store location if you wish.

Our service area is roughly Kane, DuPage, Cook and Kendall Counties but please call us anyway if you're within 60 miles of Aurora, Illinois.
