EstateSale.com LLC offers a text message based Estate Sale Sign-up Sheet that enables Buyers to sign up for a Company's estate sale online.   By electing to sign up for an estate sale using our online form, you agree to the terms and conditions below.  If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please contact the estate sale company about other ways to sign up for and attend the estate sale.

By providing your mobile number, name, and clicking "SIGN UP" you (The Buyer) consent to receive mobile text alerts regarding this specific event (The Service).  You give the estate sale company (The Company) and EstateSale.com (The Service Provider) permission to message you a sign-up confirmation, call in messages, and other sale updates at The Company's discretion.

The number of text messages you receive and how often you receive them will vary from sale to sale and will be at the discretion of The Estate Sale Company using the provided service.

The Buyer gives consent to receive text message updates that are sent using automated technology.

The Company and the Service Provider are providing this service to the buyer at no cost.  The Buyer understands that their carrier may charge standard message and data rates.

The Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless The Company and The Service Provider from and against any and all Liabilities and related losses that may arise out of or resulting from The Service Provider's furnishing or failure to furnish the Service provided for in this Agreement.

The Buyer may text STOP to cancel notifications regarding this sale.  By cancelling the sale notifications, The Buyer will prevent the company from sending sale updates which may delay their entry into the sale.

PRIVACY POLICY

EstateSale.com LLC collects your name and mobile phone number for the sole purpose of providing the requested service.

In order to provide this service, the collected information will be accessable by The Estate Sale Company that is conducting the sale.  

EstateSale.com LLC will not share this information with any 3rd party, unless necessary to provided the requested service.

EstateSale.com LLC will not rent or sell this information to any 3rd party.
