The gentleman of the house is still living here, so we have to respect his space, but he has too many things and needs to clear some living space. The lady of the house loved to shop,and every room is packed with interesting things in bins and boxes, so come prepared to dig! But don't worry, the house is spotless!

For Saturday, we're pricing aggressively to liquidate as much as possible. Some things were already cheap on Friday, but you can expect 25 percent off most marked prices throughout the house.

- Front porch: Antique butter churn, glass-topped table and chairs

- Living room: Off-white jacquard bench, small cabinet, telephone table, one mahogany leather-topped occasional table, two antique fire screens, antique fireplace tools, small decorative items

- Dining room: Breakfront, two sets of side chairs, Lladro collection, costume jewelry, sterling silver pieces

- Back room: Antique high chair, small tables, two different armoires, folding chairs, steamer, assorted crystal and glassware, many small items including electronics. This room is a digger's delight, for there are many small items packed into boxes and bins that you can go through.

- Bedroom: Chairs, chest, dressmaker's dummy, little glass-front cabinet

- Basement is packed. Furniture includes brown leather sectional and several small tables. Assorted luggage. Assorted kitchen machines, more glassware. This basement is packed with over a dozen crates of Christmas and Halloween decorations.
