Security on site. Not responsible for accidents. All sales are final. No Returns or Refunds. All items are sold as, where is and are to be removed at the time of sale. This a gated community so you will need to let the gate attendant know that you are there for the estate sale at 5607 Skimmer Rd to get through the gate. Please have your ID ready as you will need that to enter the gate. You will only be able to enter during the specified times of the estate sale. Dates are Oct. 14-15 (Friday and Saturday) Time of sale: 9:00am-1:00pm both days Address is 5607 Skimmer Dr. Apollo Beach Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, PayPal We will be offering pre-sales on all of the furniture items at this sale. All pre-sales are purchased before the start of the sale over the phone with a credit card. All items are in excellent condition (unless noted under the photo).. Pre-sale items must be picked up during sale hours.
