Cash, credit cards, and checks accepted with proper I.D. Local checks preferred. No checks less than $25.00. We reserve the right to refuse certain checks. As usual, Saturday is priced as marked. Sunday is discount day. Furniture MUST be removed the end of the sale on Sunday. You MUST also provide your own moving assistance for large and heavy items, especially furniture. We will not be able to assist in moving large heavy items. Security will be on site. We are not responsible for accidents. |

Big Easy Estate Sales is once again thrilled to partner with our friend Della Graham of Rain or Shine in offering the exquisite contents of the Luling Mansion in the Garden District. The owners of were fortunate to be able to pay their loving dues to this magnificent 1840's raised "cottage" for 20 years, restoring it to its current grandeur and adding to the property a magnificent carriage house and garden. This house was their family gathering spot, lovingly furnished and elaborately decorated and appointed in the grand 19th c. New Orleans style. French taste flourished in the formal parlors and met with stylish practicality in the two large kitchens and carriage house. Highlights in this sale include French marquetry inlaid furniture, wonderful paintings, 19th c. clocks, including a lovely tall case French clock, gilt wood mirrors, antique lighting, fine accessories, sterling silver, and estate jewelry.
