Terms: Buyer’s premium of 13% flat fee will be added to the final bid price. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. We
accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Certified Checks and Money Orders. You may pay via paypal and you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account. All sales will be applicable to local taxes, $100 documentary charge and $20 title fee. Temporary Tags may be purchased from the dealer for $18.50, or you may purchase your own tag at any local registrar. Dealer will produce a title in your name, taxes paid and ready for registration within 30 days as mandated by law. All items are purchased 100% AS-IS WHERE-IS. No warranties expressed, implied or written. No REFUNDSWILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. All vehicles will be made available for preview and we strongly encourage you to attend the preview. Bring your mechanic. Know what you’re buying! You’re welcome to start the vehicles, inspect the vehicles, and drive them around our lot. After the auction is over you will receive an invoice via your registered email with the 13% Buyers Premium added. If you do not receive an invoice by 6:00am of the next day please contact the project manager of the auction and notify them. The project manager contact info is on the front page of the auction which has the interactive MAP. All payments must be made prior to pick-up by using paypal to facilitate IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL TO MAINTAIN YOUR BIDDING PRIVELEGES, AND YET THE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. IF FUNDS ARE NOT RECEIVED BIDDINGWILL BE SUSPENDED AND ANY EXISTING BIDS ON OTHER AUCTIONS WILL BE DELETED UNTIL ITEMS ARE PAID IN FULL. A $25 REINSTATE FEEWILL APPLY!
